I wanted to take a few minutes to let you know how much my brother and I appreciate Charlie Redding. We recently needed to find an assisted living facility for our mother. I wanted to learn about Independent Living and Assisted Living and contacted Lydia Robbins at LIFE Senior Services. She referred me to Charlie Redding. I am going to be moving to Florida and am interested the facilities down there so I wanted to have as much knowledge as I could before I get there. Charlie has been wonderful. He developed a profile on me and then sent me a list of facilities to research. Once I did that, we chatted and came up with a list of 4 Independent Living places to visit. He set them up and we went in and I had my clipboard and list of questions. Then we visited 3 Assisted Living facilities. Charlie set us up with wonderful people at each place to speak with.
I’m 71 and not in need of these services any time soon but I have learned so much. Charlie has been very gracious with his time and has been a wealth of information and I just can’t thank him enough. I told him that he has a big heart to be able to do what he does. And he is very professional and compassionate. I very much appreciate the time he has spent with me because he is a busy man.
